VENDOR PAGE

Again this year we will be at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, 3700 Willow Creek Road in Prescott Arizona.

We only have 6 foot tables so please plan accordingly. The cost is $30 for each table.  Large display items and shelving units CANNOT be placed in the public aisles.  If you need room for one small display/shelving unit (3 feet wide or less) please describe in the Special Request box at the bottom of the Vendor form.  I will try to leave a gap between tables for you.  If you have larger displays you will need to pay for table space but I will remove the table so you have room for your oversized displays.  Again, please describe in the Special Request box at the bottom of the Vendor form.  If you are only getting 1 table, please try to limit yourself to just one helper.

Loadin times are: Friday, July 24, 3pm to 5pm and Saturday morning 7am to 9am.  Vendors have your own unload/loading area and we will have lots of help for you.  Please be prepared to unload your items on the sidewalk then immediately park your vehicle before moving your items into the venue.  Club members will stay with your items and help deliver them to your table(s).  CAMRRC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

When you arrive you will receive your vendor package with table numbers and wrist bands.  Our hosts will guide you to your tables.

THE FACILITY IS NOT HARD TO FIND IF YOU FOLLOW THE MAP.

Try both map options below. “Print the Map” and bring the copy with you. OR click “Google Maps”, then open Google Maps, click the “Directions” button, enter your starting point and then select “Send directions to your phone” and Google will take you right to the load-in area.  Also, PLEASE view the “Video Directions” to see the actual landmarks to get you to the venue.
